These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlgoSentry's services, including the AlgoSentry website (algosentry.com), TradingView Pine Script indicators, alerts, and related software ("Services"). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.
AlgoSentry provides invite-only access to educational technical-analysis indicators ("Pine Scripts") for the TradingView platform. The Services include:
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly recurring basis at the prices published on our Pricing page:
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all transactions, taxes, and invoicing on behalf of AlgoSentry. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
A 7-day free trial is offered exclusively for the Single Indicator subscription. The Pack subscription does not include a free trial.
During the trial, you receive full access to the chosen indicator. No payment is collected until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to prevent any charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing algosentry.fund@gmail.com. Cancellation stops all future billing. Every subscription payment is also covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window: within 14 calendar days of any charge, you may request a full refund of that payment for any reason. By using the Services, you agree:
All Pine Script indicators, algorithms, documentation, methodologies, branding, and content provided by AlgoSentry are the exclusive intellectual property of AlgoSentry and its operator. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the indicators on their personal TradingView account only.
The indicators are published as TradingView "Invite-Only Protected Scripts." Any unauthorized access, sharing, or redistribution is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AlgoSentry expressly disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
While we strive to maintain reliable chart-pattern alert delivery, AlgoSentry does not guarantee uninterrupted service, indicator accuracy in live market conditions, or any specific trading outcome.
AlgoSentry is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or commodity trading advisor in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Services, in marketing materials, or in communications constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Subscribers must conduct their own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult licensed professionals before making trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoSentry, its operator, affiliates, and licensors shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
In no event shall AlgoSentry's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
AlgoSentry reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services without refund in cases of: breach of these Terms, attempted code extraction, chargeback fraud, illegal use, or violation of TradingView's terms of service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlgoSentry is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Subscribers acknowledge they have read, understood, and accepted these terms prior to subscribing.
AlgoSentry may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
