Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which AlgoSentry issues refunds for subscription payments. By subscribing to AlgoSentry, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1.14-Day Refund Guarantee

✓ Every subscription payment to AlgoSentry is covered by a 14-day refund window. Within 14 calendar days of any charge (initial payment or auto-renewal), you may request a full refund for that payment with no exceptions and no conditions. We do not require a reason. We do not require proof of dissatisfaction. The refund is granted upon request.

2.Free Trial (Single Indicator Only)

✓ During the 7-day free trial, you may cancel at any time and you will not be charged. Simply email algosentry.fund@gmail.com before the trial ends to cancel.

If you forget to cancel before the trial ends, your first month's payment will be processed automatically — and the standard 14-day refund window (Section 1) starts from that moment.

3.After the 14-Day Window

Once 14 calendar days have passed since a payment, that payment becomes non-refundable as a general rule, with the following exceptions where refunds are still granted:

a. Failure to deliver access

If, despite your timely submission of a valid TradingView username, you do not receive Invite-Only access to your subscribed indicators within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

b. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you have been charged twice for the same subscription period due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full regardless of the 14-day window.

c. Unauthorized transaction

If you can demonstrate that the subscription was purchased without your authorization (e.g., stolen card, family member without permission), the unauthorized transaction will be refunded subject to verification, regardless of the 14-day window.

4.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email algosentry.fund@gmail.com with:

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days and will appear on the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.Cancellation (Stops Future Billing)

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with or without requesting a refund. Cancellation stops all future billing. You retain access to the indicators for the remainder of the paid period (or, if combined with a refund, access ends on the refund date).

To cancel, email algosentry.fund@gmail.com with your full name and the email used for your subscription. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.

6.Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. The 14-day refund guarantee in Section 1 means there is no need to dispute a payment with your card issuer — we will refund it directly upon request. Unjustified chargebacks bypassing our refund process may result in account termination and may be disputed by Paddle on our behalf, including providing all session, access, and communication logs to your card issuer.

7.Changes to This Policy

AlgoSentry may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The 14-day refund guarantee in Section 1 will not be removed or shortened.
