This Privacy Policy describes how AlgoSentry ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or subscribe to our services. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

Information we do NOT collect

• Credit card or bank details — these are handled exclusively by Paddle. AlgoSentry never sees or stores payment card information.
• Trading account credentials — we do not connect to any broker on your behalf.
• Trading history or portfolio data.

Automatically collected information

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics tools may collect standard server-log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and improving the website.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide the subscription service and grant TradingView Invite-Only access;
• Send service emails (welcome, alerts, billing receipts via Paddle, cancellations, updates);
• Respond to support requests and improve the Services;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3.Third-Party Services

AlgoSentry uses the following processors to deliver the service. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

4.Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations:

• Active subscribers: for the duration of the subscription and 24 months after cancellation, for support continuity and tax records.
• Billing records: retained by Paddle and AlgoSentry for at least 7 years to comply with tax regulations.
• Support communications: typically 24 months after the last contact.

5.Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure email providers, and access controls. Payment data is handled by Paddle, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. However, no system is 100% secure — please use strong unique passwords and protect your TradingView account.

6.Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Privacy Laws)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to deletion — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object — object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate interest reasons.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.

AlgoSentry operates internationally. Our processors (Paddle, Vercel, TradingView, Google) may store or process data in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. Where applicable, these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and similar frameworks.

8.Cookies

The AlgoSentry website uses minimal cookies — only what is technically necessary for site functionality (e.g., session management). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Paddle's checkout pages may set cookies in accordance with their own policy.

9.Children's Privacy

AlgoSentry is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
